Pod’s 5 minute Green Sauce

You will need

A hand blender and plastic jug or high sided container

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of baby spinach
  • 1 packet of fresh basil
  • Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Tbsp Water
  • Tsp Marigold Swiss Bouillon stock powder

Directions

  • Pierce bag of spinach and pop in microwave on high for 3 minutes
  • Empty into a plastic jug
  • Add in the basil minus any thick stalks
  • Add in the oil water and stock powder
  • Use the hand blender to puree the ingredients to a smooth consistency

Serve on pasta, chicken, fish or pour into ice cube trays for handy portions from the freezer.
