Parsnip Chips

Try these delicious Parsnip Chips as an accompaniment to a hearty Carrot and Parsnip Soup!


  • Olive oil
  • Parsnips


  • Pre-heat oven to 220°C degrees.
  • Peel and core the parsnips and cut into desired chip size.
  • Steam for 3 minutes.
  • Drain and place in a container with a lid.
  • Drizzle in the olive oil and shake well to coat the chips.
  • Place on a baking tray and pop in the oven to roast for 20 minutes until golden brown.
